Impact Group, as a leading group of companies in digital marketing, events management, and influencer marketing, represented by Dr. Kholoud Mohamed, announced the signing of a strategic collaboration agreement with the Food Banking Regional Network, headed by Dr. Moez El Shohdy, Founder and Chairman of the Board. The partnership aims to unify efforts in supporting sustainable corporate social responsibility (CSR) programs across the Middle East, Africa, and South Asia.
The agreement was signed in the presence of senior representatives from both organizations, reflecting a growing commitment to building effective partnerships between the private sector and development institutions to create sustainable social impact.
The event was attended by several distinguished guests, including Elias Galanis, Head of the Public Diplomacy Office at the Greek Embassy.
The agreement coincides with Impact Group’s announcement of the establishment of its new company in Egypt, “Impact Elite Egypt,” which will serve as a key platform for expanding the Group’s activities in both the Egyptian and regional markets, while strengthening its presence in digital marketing, events, and social responsibility initiatives.
Under the agreement, Impact Group will be responsible for promoting and communicating the Food Banking Regional Network’s social responsibility programs and initiatives across the 68 countries in which the Network operates. These initiatives are delivered through an integrated system comprising Food Banks, Cure Banks, Clothing Banks, and Sustainable Development programs aimed at providing better lives and brighter futures for underserved communities worldwide.
The partnership seeks to design and implement impactful humanitarian and development initiatives, launch large-scale public awareness campaigns, and organize specialized events, conferences, and workshops to promote best practices in sustainability, humanitarian action, and social responsibility. These efforts will contribute to achieving the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and enhancing food security across the region.
Commenting on the agreement, Dr. Kholoud Mohamed, CEO of Impact Group, stated:
“Our partnership with the Food Banking Regional Network represents an important strategic milestone in Impact Group’s journey to leverage its capabilities and expertise in support of social and development causes that generate sustainable impact.
At Impact Group, we believe that business success should not be measured solely by commercial indicators, but also by its ability to create positive and lasting change within communities. This partnership stems from that belief, as the Food Banking Regional Network is one of the largest and most influential development organizations in the region, with extensive expertise and a presence spanning dozens of countries.”
She added:
“The establishment of Impact Elite Egypt marks a significant step in our expansion strategy. We view Egypt as a strategic market and a central hub for managing our regional operations. Through this partnership, we aspire to deliver impactful CSR programs for our clients that create tangible and sustainable benefits for beneficiaries.”
Dr. Kholoud further noted that one of the first successes resulting from the partnership was Impact’s contribution to promoting the Network’s annual Qurbani Sukuk Program campaign across 60 countries in the region, achieving unprecedented results and serving millions of beneficiaries worldwide.
For his part, Dr. Moez El Shohdy, Founder and President of the Food Banking Regional Network, emphasized that the agreement highlights the importance of collaboration between the private sector and development organizations in advancing sustainable development goals and addressing humanitarian and food security challenges facing many communities.
He stated:
“We are proud of this partnership with Impact Group, which represents a progressive model of companies that recognize the importance of social responsibility and its role in supporting development. Through this agreement, we will combine our resources and expertise to launch initiatives and programs capable of delivering meaningful and sustainable impact to the communities we serve.”
He added:
“The Food Banking Regional Network’s presence in 68 countries provides this partnership with a broad regional dimension, enabling the implementation of humanitarian and development programs that directly impact millions of beneficiaries. This will further strengthen efforts to combat hunger, support vulnerable populations, and improve quality of life across Arab and African communities.”
Cooperation Agreement with Greek Author Amarys Romano
On the sidelines of the event, Impact Group also signed a cooperation agreement with Greek author Amarys Romano, under which Impact Elite Egypt will manage the author’s activities and representation in the Egyptian market.
The first outcome of this collaboration will be the launch in Egypt of her debut children’s literary work, the fantasy story “The Kingdom of Melontika,” as part of the company’s efforts to promote cultural and intellectual exchange among nations and support creative content for children.
Amarys Romano is considered one of Greece’s emerging literary voices. She has published some social novels and contributed a story to a Greek literary anthology addressing issues related to gender-based violence. Her literary works focus on themes of hope, love, intercultural communication, and the inspiration drawn from mythology and human heritage in building her fictional worlds.
The agreements signed during the event underscore Impact Group’s commitment to expanding its influence beyond business activities to include developmental, cultural, and social dimensions, reinforcing its role as an active partner in supporting sustainable development and creating long-term positive impact across the region.
