Raya Customer Experience (Raya CX), a portfolio company of Raya Holding for financial investments and a leading provider of customer experience management and business process outsourcing (BPO) services, announced the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with RSVP (Media Response), a UK-based specialist in customer engagement and communication services.
The MoU was signed during Raya CX’s participation in the UK Contact Centre Expo 2025 in London, under the Egyptian Pavilion, represented by the Information Technology Industry Development Agency (ITIDA), with Eng. Mahmoud Sofrata, Vice President of ITIDA, in attendance.
The signing highlights ITIDA’s commitment to strengthening international partnerships and reinforcing Egypt’s position as a competitive global delivery hub, while showcasing the country’s established capabilities and world-class talent to international partners.
The agreement was signed by Alaa El Khishen, CEO of Raya CX, and Simon Christie, Chief Commercial Officer of RSVP. This milestone reflects the shared commitment of both companies to driving innovation, fostering cross-border collaboration, and expanding access to world-class customer experience solutions.

This partnership aligns with Raya CX’s global expansion strategy, which focuses on enhancing its presence across international markets—particularly the United Kingdom and Europe—while delivering advanced, integrated customer experience and BPO services to clients worldwide.
